Scholarships for Women in Transportation
This is to notify you that the Los Angeles Chapter of the Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) is now accepting applications for scholarships. Scholarships range between $2,000 and $5,000 totaling $23,000. Please feel free to forward this email widely to your students and others who may qualify. Applications are attached. This information can also be found on our website at http://www.wtsinternational.org/la Applicants must: · be a woman with a GPA of 3.0 or higher for undergraduates or 3.5 or higher for graduates, · be currently enrolled in a degree program in a transportation-related field, and · enrolled in a school in Los Angeles County or able to document legal residency in Los Angeles County.
