Field Sampling with Cal Poly's Drill Rig

CE327L students observe and participate in  geotechnical field sampling operations. Dr. Bill Kitch, Associate Professor, and Chris Sandoval, graduate student, are operating Cal Poly Pomona's mini drill rig. Thanks to Dr. Kitch and Chris for their time and effort!

Visit to CEMEX Plant in Orange

Towards the end of May, CE422L students visited the CEMEX concrete plant in Orange. Below is a picture taken at the end of the tour.
